I'm Marcel Strbak, born in Bratislava, Slovakia (well, it was Czechoslovakia back then) in Anno Domini MCMLXXXI.
In September 2012 I decided to quit my job, quit my well developing consulting and IT management career, quit my fancy flat in Bratislava, quit the comfortable European continent and quit my life as I had known it. I decided to seek life more rewarding and truthful, more exciting, adventurous and joyful, more meaningful and sacred.
I'm in search of the paradise - in search of the poetry - in search of the blue skies.
And besides these noble priciples, of course I'm out mostly for sex, drugs and ROCK'n'ROLL!!!
As soon as my notice period from the job expired, on 05-DEC-2012, 5:35 a.m. I left my home with a one way ticket to India, a backpack stuffed with all that I should need, my camera and set of lenses and no plan for the future. The Odyssey has begun...
This page is a travel log, a blog, a diary mixed with touch of fiction and poetry, a photo gallery and quite simply a canvas for my thoughts. I do not guarantee that everything happened exactly as written: here the myth mingles with Euclidean geometry to form luscious divine manifestation of time and space.
